Madison Flitch makes clear that facial masks made and sold through its website or studio are not N95 respirators recommended by the CDC as the ideal protective gear against contagion. While Madison Flitch will make every effort to correct and repair problems with facial mask construction that appear before use, it does not accept responsibility or liability if a user contracts a virus or other contagion. Madison Flitch is unable to accept returns of a mask after it has been worn. By purchasing a facial mask through Madison Flitch, a user agrees with these terms.
Madison Flitch makes no warranties, either express or implied that Filti material or masks made from it, prevent infection or the transmission of viruses or diseases. Do not use this material in any setting or where significant exposure to liquid, bodily or other hazardous fluids, may be expected. Do not use this in settings where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high. Do not use this material in the presence of an open flame, heat source or flammable gases or liquids. All data contained above is nominal and provided for information purpose only. This data is not to be construed as manufacturing specifications and is subject to change. Madison Flitch does not guarantee the performance of this material in a face mask or the performance or masks made from it. The Madison Flitch face mask is not a substitute for medical treatment or medical devises.
Madison Flitch only carries mask merchandise that is authentic, hand-made, and purchased directly from the Madison Flitch website. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. If within the first 7 days, such a problem has been identified with your merchandise please contact us at service@madisonflitch.com with a picture and description of the defect. Damaged Items should be reported to customer service immediately to ensure you can obtain your discount on a new item.
